On an Enduro printer you will need to

Step 1

Download and install the Magicard Support Utility.

Step 2

Plug you printer into the pc using a usb cable. ( no printer driver needs to be installed.)

Step 3

Open the support utility> select USB from the drop down > click OK to the splash screen, you will find the MAC address on the Ethernet tab.
