Trust ID (v3) has now been deprecated

Magicard commit to supporting all current end users of TrustID (v3) for a period of two years following this end of life announcement.

 


To export a database file from Trust ID follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the ID logo icon on the top left to get the drop down list.
  2. Click on Database and then click on Export to File and the Save As screen will pop up.
  3. From the Save As screen you can name the export and select the file type to export. Note, fromTrust ID you can only export to a CSV file or a TXT file.
