Bad News:

This error is a fault with the middle card sensor.

Good News:

The Pronto can now operate regardless of this sensor and with latest Firmware the printer will no longer need to look for the Mid Sensor status.

With the latest firmware it is not possible to get this error code.

Step 1

Clear the error by unplugging the power lead, then plug back in.

Step 2

Download and install the latest firmware

Step 3

Carry on with your print run
