This error is raised on locked printers (just prior to printing) if the detected locking dongle is the wrong type.

To help resolve this issue, first try the following:

a. Power off the printer and remove the dye film.

b. Ensure the Holokote card is inserted.

c. Close the printer lid and power the printer on (with the film removed and the Holokote card fitted).

d. Then run the Holokote install CD that came with the Holokote card.
